Where we have been and where we are planning to go

We are on television on Thursday 10th October at 8 p.m. ………………...Channel 5...…………….'The Wonderful World of Crafting'...……………..we are very excited :)

We have had a busy year so far, attending Ripon Cathedral, Ripon Walled garden, Country and Game Fairs, Agricultural shows and Lowther Castle where we were filmed. We also attended Masham two day Sheep fair which was great fun but a little cold camping. Our next event is Countryside Live in October x

Our first event was at The Moors National Park Centre near Danby. This was a busy Christmas Fair held over two days where we learnt everything about being a stallholder. We were quite naïve and thought we were well organised but at times it was more like organised chaos! However, we thoroughly enjoyed this event and learnt a lot and from the friendly stall holders who offered us advice and guidance. All the visitors appeared to love our work and along with selling quite a lot we also enjoyed answering questions and explaining how stabbing wool with barbed needles allows us to create a variety of animals and birds.. We sold many items and were even asked for four hares to go into the centres exhibition/shop.

This event inspired us to get out and about to other events and we have applied for several shows and fairs in 2019. Please keep an eye out on our Facebook and Instagram pages and on here to keep up to date on where we will be visiting.
